Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

RoofManMikeLIVE (www.roofmanmike.com) is operated by Michael C Foley dba Modified Industrial Roofing ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone number, company, and documents you upload (for example certificates of insurance).
• Job and quote info: addresses, photos, measurements, bids and messages you send through the site.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Calls and texts to our business number: your phone number, call times and length, the menu option you pressed, voicemail recordings and transcripts, and texts you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs, used to keep the site running and prevent abuse.

How we use it

To give you quotes, run the jobs you request, verify contractor insurance, take payments, answer and return calls, and send the text messages you ask for. Calls and texts are screened to block spam.

Text messages (SMS)

• We text you only when you ask, for example when you press 1 on our phone menu to get a quote link, or when we reply to a text you sent us.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.
• We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is the phone carriers and service providers that deliver the messages, and only to deliver them.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run the site (hosting, payments, phone and texting, email), with the parties to a job when that job needs it (for example, a homeowner and their awarded contractor), or when the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep records as long as needed for jobs, payments, taxes and legal requirements, then delete them. Call recordings are available only to our administrators. All traffic to the site uses HTTPS.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing modifiedindustrial@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
