These terms cover your use of RoofManMikeLIVE (www.roofmanmike.com) and our business phone line, operated by Michael C Foley dba Modified Industrial Roofing. By using the site or our phone line you agree to them.

Quotes and jobs

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and may change after an inspection. A job is scheduled only once you accept it and any required payment is completed. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Contractors

Contractors in our network must keep valid insurance on file and follow the job requirements shown in their dashboard. We may pause or remove accounts that do not.

SMS terms

• Program: Modified Industrial Roofing / RoofManMikeLIVE customer care texts, such as the quote link you request by pressing 1 on our phone menu, and replies to texts you send us.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get no more texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 248-678-7663 or modifiedindustrial@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the job concerned. Michigan law governs these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
